At Maccudo Online, we stand behind the quality of our educational products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our workshops, training programs, and related services.

Free Workshop

Our introductory workshop is provided free of charge. As there is no payment required, no refund is applicable for free workshop registrations.

Paid Products and Services

Digital Products (PDF Guides, Templates, Resources)

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the materials. This is because:

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed
  • We cannot verify that the product has been deleted after download
  • Industry standard practice for digital content

Exception: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we will:

  • Resolve the technical issue, or
  • Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Coaching and Consulting Services

Refund Window: 7 days from the date of purchase

You may request a refund for coaching or consulting services if:

  • You have not yet attended any scheduled coaching sessions
  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not accessed any exclusive materials provided with the coaching package

No Refund After:

  • You have attended one or more coaching sessions
  • 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have accessed premium materials or resources included with coaching

Done-For-You Setup Services

Refund Window: 48 hours from the date of purchase

You may request a refund for done-for-you services if:

  • Work has not yet commenced on your project
  • You request the refund within 48 hours of purchase

Partial Refunds: If work has already begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on:

  • The percentage of work completed
  • Resources already invested
  • Third-party costs already incurred

No Refund After:

  • The project has been completed
  • More than 50% of the work has been done
  • Custom materials have been created specifically for you

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at adaeze@maccudo.online with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Email address used for purchase
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
    • Screenshots of any technical issues (if applicable)
  3. Response Time: We will respond to your refund request within 2-3 business days
  4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request within the applicable refund window
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Have made a good faith effort to use the product or service
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Not have engaged in fraudulent activity

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Custom work that has been completed
  • Free bonuses or promotional items
  • Subscription fees after the initial refund period
  • Products purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Third-party products or services we recommend

Chargebacks and Disputes

Important: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us to resolve any issues. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution.

Chargeback Policy:

  • Chargebacks submitted without first contacting us may result in account suspension
  • We will provide all transaction documentation to payment processors for dispute resolution
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban from our services and potential legal action

Service Guarantees

While we do not offer money-back guarantees on results or income, we do guarantee:

  • High-quality educational content based on proven strategies
  • Access to all materials and resources as described
  • Professional and timely customer support
  • Honest representation of our products and services

What We Do NOT Guarantee:

  • Specific income or financial results
  • Success without effort on your part
  • Results within a specific timeframe
  • That our methods will work for every individual

Technical Issues and Access Problems

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased materials:

  2. Provide details of the issue and screenshots if possible
  3. We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  4. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided

Changes to Products or Services

If we make significant changes to a product or service after your purchase:

  • If the changes substantially reduce the value, you may request a refund
  • Minor updates and improvements are not eligible for refunds
